Please email me with your order number and address for me to process your beautiful print.
Please allow admin time to process your order (approx 5 days). Once you have placed an order I will confirm by email as to when you are likely to recieve your print.
The shipping of which should be within 48hrs of recieving this email, and then allow a few days for the shipping company to get the print to you.
Please feel free to ring me should you be concerned about this issue. My aim is for a quick turn around. Once ordered there is no return policy, if the goods are damaged on receipt please contact me directly.
Please be very careful on opening the print and allow it to relax so you don't damage the paper. My advise would be to take it directly to a framer and allow them to open it for you. These prints are an investment, it is worth taking the time to look after them.
